Learning Together For All To Succeed

Our School Vision and Values

At St Faith’s, we want every child to feel valued and to embrace learning, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and values needed to thrive and reach their full potential.

‘Learning together, for all to succeed’

How will we achieve this? Our Guiding Principles

  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment and ethos of trust, respect and acceptance.
  • Ensuring inclusive practice so that individuals are able to thrive.
  • Delivering an inspiring, broad curriculum focused on the progression of children’s knowledge and skills.
  • Teaching and practising our core Gospel values of Kindness, Trust and Courage and celebrating being part of a wider community.
  • Developing children’s spirituality through exploring their connections with themselves, others, God and the world around them

Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 5:16

OUR VALUES

At St Faith’s, children learn about important Christian values. Each term, there is a focus on one Gospel value. Through daily collective worship, reflection time, RE lessons and PSHE lessons, children are able to explore these values in depth and how they relate to their own lives, however there are 3 core values at St Faith’s which underpin all that we do and enable us to fulfil our vision. These are:

Kindness        Trust     Courage
