Homework at St Faith’s is specifically and carefully designed to complement and consolidate the children's learning in school. We believe that homework should be enjoyable, achievable and unpressurised to allow children to follow a range of out of school activities and time to relax with their family and friends.

We believe that reading regularly is the most beneficial skill to impact children's progress and attainment across the curriculum.

Little and often is our mantra- Just 20 minutes every day can have an enormous impact!

Higher up in the school, we hope that whilst children will be supported at home with encouragement, organisation and a quiet environment, the focus is more on independent work, consolidating skills and knowledge taught in class.
